Groups & Workshops:
Discover Your Path in Community With Others
Let’s get curious and explore together! Growth happens when we connect, share, and support one another. Whether you’re joining a women’s group or an Imago couples workshop, these spaces offer a chance to work through challenges, build new skills, and strengthen relationships.
I’ll introduce topics, research-backed practices, and mindfulness techniques to support overall well-being. We’ll also keep things light when we can—because laughter and levity are just as important as deep work. Most couples and individuals walk away with new insights, tools, and a greater sense of connection.
Navigating Divorce in Mid-Life
Are you going through a mid-life divorce and feeling lost about your future? You're not alone. Divorce rates for adults 50 and older have doubled since the 1990s, and isolation can make the journey even harder.
This 12-week in-person women’s group offers both education and support, providing a safe space to process your experiences and create a new vision for your life.
Resources:
Boundaries: Advocating for YOU
Do you feel overwhelmed and drained? Do you often wonder why your life feels out of control? Do you communicate your needs but then feel ignored? Boundaries and relationship issues.
This 12-week women’s group is designed to empower you to set and maintain boundaries, change deeply held beliefs about self-advocacy, and navigate difficult relationships.
What you’ll gain:
Understanding different types of boundaries
Recognizing boundary violations
Learning to communicate and enforce boundaries
Differentiating between difficult and destructive relationships
Imago Couples Workshop
Are you ready to transform your relationship in just one weekend? This workshop has been called equivalent to 3-6 months of couples’ therapy.
Based on the New York Times Bestselling book by Harville Hendrix, Ph.D. and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D., the Getting The Love You Want workshop invites couples to shift the dynamics of your relationship. We have a saying in Imago: “conflict is just growth trying to happen.”
During the weekend couples will receive:
2.5 days of learning powerful new communication skills
A “Getting the Love You Want” Couples Workshop Workbook
Understanding what’s really happening beneath conflicts
My support as you practice new skills and connect in quiet spaces
Guidance to re-romanticize your relationship
Laughter and connection with other couples as you learn and grow
A new vision for your relationship
Consultation Groups
Let’s Build a Professional Community!
I’m currently offering a lunchtime consultation group for fellow mental health professionals on Thursdays. My goal is to create a supportive space where we can share experiences, discuss client needs, and collaborate.
In addition, we’ll explore ethics, legal considerations, and clinical dilemmas as they arise. Having participated in an ongoing consultation group myself for 10 years, I know how valuable it is to have support—no one should do this important work alone.
Reflecting on your own practice in a safe and supportive environment can be incredibly beneficial.
This group is currently free.
